Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive business outcomes through effective people solutions.
  • As a key member of our National People & Culture team, you will develop and implement strategies to support our organizational goals and objectives.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver talent management programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
