Strategic Workforce Developer

About the Role

  • As our Strategic Workforce Developer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping to shape and execute workforce strategies that drive performance, growth, and cultural alignment.
  • You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to translate business priorities into effective workforce solutions, including organisational design, talent development, and change management.

This role focuses on making an impact by leading initiatives that build capability, promote inclusion, and increase engagement across the organisation.

You will leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, measure success, and guide strategic planning.

Additionally, you will develop practical tools and resources to empower leaders to lead confidently and clearly.

The position combines strategic thinking with actionable outcomes, requiring influence and collaboration.

As a key member of the Strategic Business Partnering team, you will report directly to the Head of People.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with General Managers to design and implement workforce strategies aligned with business objectives
  2. Influence enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives
  3. Drive performance frameworks and change leadership initiatives
  4. Utilize data and insights to support strategic decision-making
