About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, providing counsel and support to ensure fair and effective resolution.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
- Organizational Development: Design and deliver organizational development initiatives to improve performance and drive business results.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience: In a similar role, with a strong background in HR business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
- Strong HR skills: Excellent HR generalist skills, including negotiation, influencing, and communication.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.
