Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Talent Program Specialist to support the seamless execution and delivery of talent development programs across the enterprise. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind key initiatives, responsible for managing logistics, learning systems, program delivery, communications, and continuous improvement.

This role plays a critical part in enabling employee and manager development through high-quality execution, user-friendly tools, and data-informed insights. You will partner closely with the Talent Management team, HR, facilitators, vendors, and employees globally.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week on site (Tuesday - Thursday) based out of our Milford, MA HQ



Responsibilities

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Manage and deliver recurring talent programs, such as onboarding, management training, and mentoring
  • Coordinate logistics including scheduling, participant tracking, communications, and evaluations and support
  • Prepare and maintain program materials, decks, handouts, and resources
  • Ensure participant communication is clear, timely, and aligned with program goals
  • Ensure smooth execution by managing vendors, facilitators and internal stakeholders

Talent Systems and Analytics

  • Serve as the primary Talent Systems Administrator for key platforms including the Learning Management System (LMS), Goals and Performance Management, and Succession
  • Upload and maintain content in the LMS; curate learning paths and collections aligned with talent priorities
  • Support data tracking and reporting across the broader Talent function including succession planning, talent reviews, performance, development and learning
  • Tracks participation and usage, generates reports and dashboards to measure program effectiveness and engagement
  • Partner with HRIS to ensure data integrity and functionality across all systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users

Communications & Enablement

  • Draft and manage program communications, reminders and resource guides
  • Write and maintain intranet content related to learning and development programs
  • Ensure employees and managers know where to go for development opportunities and resources
  • Support talent campaigns and launches through internal comms channels

Continuous Improvement & Operations

  • Define metrics and build dashboards
  • Manage reporting on participation, completion, feedback and outcomes to improve programs
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Maintain talent program calendars and project trackers
  • Support vendor relationships and help with contracting, scheduling, and invoices


Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years in a talent development, program coordination, HR operations, or related role
  • Experience administering and optimizing an LMS and digital learning content (SuccessFactors, Skillsoft or similar)
  • Strong project and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or other reporting tools
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a strong "get it done" mindset
  • Experience supporting learning programs in a global or fast-paced environment preferred
