Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences for golfers and guests, ensuring a premium golfing experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, practice facilities, and associated areas.
  • Oversee member competitions and assist with bookings for members and guests.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the golf shop and storage facilities.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the motorized cart fleet.
  • Manage tee times effectively.
  • Administer stock control and maintenance.
  • Provide regular operational and customer service updates to the Director of Golf.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing or golf-related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to deliver superior customer service.
  • Attention to detail and effective teamwork are essential.
  • A passion for golf and a commitment to contributing to the success of the club.
  • Flexibility, including working weekends and holidays as needed.
