Big Swing Golf, the ultimate indoor golf experience using state-of-the art simulators is looking for a superstar assistant to help with hosting at our successful Penrith venue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting, inducting and hosting groups/individuals with their simulator bookings.
  • Creating content and promoting the venue on its' Instagram page.
  • Promote in-store lessons and golf coaching services in the local market.
  • Assist in providing lessons and golf coaching services in-store.
  • Retail golf sales in Drummond Golf Penrith as required.
  • Warehouse and golf club repair duties as required.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has amazing customer service experience.
  • Assist with hosting groups and functions at the venue.
  • Proactive and energetic in nature.
  • Enjoys a team-based environment.
  • Truly believes that the customer always comes first.
  • Has flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and weekdays - evening shifts are a must.
  • Has a current RSA (current not essential but must be willing to secure one).
