Eastlake Golf Club, just 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD, is calling you With roots dating back to the 1930s, our club combines rich history, a vibrant community, and breath taking city views. We're proud to offer one of Sydney's best public golf experiences — and now, we're looking for the right person to help us keep it that way.

We're on the hunt for a full-time Groundsman to join our friendly, hardworking team of 10 course maintenance staff. Whether you're a qualified greenkeeper or just someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Working hands-on to help maintain our 18-hole championship course to top condition
  • Supporting the Course Superintendent and fellow team members in daily operations
  • Participating in regular rostered weekend work (paid at penalty rates)
  • Assisting with course preparations for special events and busy periods (some overtime required)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience on golf courses is ideal — but we're happy to train the right person
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Must hold a full Australian driver's licence
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • An understanding of golf is a bonus — but not a must
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to meet Australian work rights eligibility requirements
