Role Summary:

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to assist with the golf operations of the Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to members and guests, to provide the best golfing experience.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop, practice facilities, and associated areas
  • Administering Member competitions & assisting with Member & Guest bookings.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop and storage facilities.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the motorised cart fleet.
  • Tee time management.
  • Stock Control and administration.
  • Report back to the Director of Golf on all daily operational and customer service matters and take direction on all stock related matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or golf-related role, preferably in a golf club or resort environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A passion for golf and a desire to contribute to the success of the club
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as required
