About our golf team: We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to assist with golf operations at a destination golf club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests for a best-in-class golfing experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, practice facilities, and associated areas
  • Administer member competitions and assist with member and guest bookings
  • Assist with daily operations of the golf shop and storage facilities
  • Manage tee time scheduling
  • Conduct stock control and administration
  • Report back on operational and customer service matters

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or golf-related roles, preferably in a golf club environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional customer service ability
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for golf and desire to contribute to the success of the club
