Full-time Grounds person

Killara Golf Club is recognised as one of Australia's premier golf, sports and hospitality establishments. Situated in Sydney's north Shore, Killara Gold Clubs history dates to 1899 and has cemented its status as a place for golf enthusiasts and traditions of excellence.

Killara Golf Club is seeking a full-time grounds person to join our golfcourse maintenance team.

What you will be doing

  • This is a hands-on role to help the team maintain our championship golf course and its surrounds.
  • Support the Superintendent and fellow team members in the daily operations
  • Participate in regular rostered weekend work (paid at penalty rates)
  • Assist in the preparations of special golf events and golf course renovations (overtime required during these periods)

What we are looking for

  • Enjoy working outdoors in all elements
  • Experience in golfcourse maintenance but not essential
  • current driver's license
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Working hours

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5.30am - 2.00pm (lunch provided these days)
  • Wednesday 5.30am - 9.30am
