Solotel, a prominent hospitality group in Sydney and Brisbane, is seeking highly skilled Chefs to join its dynamic team. With a portfolio of iconic venues, including The Golden Sheaf, The Bank, and Chiswick, we offer a unique opportunity for culinary professionals to excel in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, plus superannuation, negotiable depending on experience. Our attractive compensation package ensures our team members are valued and supported throughout their careers.
About the RoleAs a Chef at Solotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and consistency across our various venues. You will work closely with our experienced mentors and undergo comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with Solotel's standards
- Develop and implement menu ideas that showcase your creativity and expertise
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to OHS and Food Safety regulations
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Full-Time Cook
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and emerging food trends
- A passion for delivering exceptional quality and consistency
