About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned talent leader to spearhead our global talent strategy, driving the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent across all geographies. As the Director of Talent, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring effective organisational structures and talent pipelines are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global talent strategy, ensuring it meets business requirements across all geographies, volume, and specialist hire.
  • Accountability for the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new hires, including quality of hire and retention.
  • Ownership of Probe Group EVP (external brand), working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure Probe is presented as an Employer of Choice in the external market.
  • Design and deliver a rigorous high-potential talent identification and selection process, focusing on talent retention and succession planning.
  • Work with Senior Business Partners and OD to build plans to address capability gaps, ensuring robust organisational structures are in place.
  • Develop future-focused plans to fill capability gaps, partnering with Senior Business Partners and OD to ensure internal talent mobility and diversity.
About You

You are an experienced talent leader with a proven track record in global talent management and acquisition. A strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to recruitment and onboarding, will be critical to your success in this role. You excel in stakeholder management and are adept at driving EVP initiatives and internal talent mobility.

Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Extensive experience in global talent management and strategy development.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Proven ability to manage EVP and enhance external employer branding.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing high-potential talent programs and succession planning.
