About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our internal recruitment function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large portion of recruitment within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and advertise all new positions across relevant job boards
  • Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers across the business as requested
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of high-volume recruitment drives
  • Participate in online webinars and relevant recruitment training to ensure you are up to date with retail recruitment industry trends
  • Prepare and issue appropriate employment documentation and variations as required
  • Action and manage all police checks for new starters
  • Process psychometric testing for potential candidates as requested
  • Actively update and maintain Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data integrity
  • Management of automated reference checking system
  • Assist with shortlisting and screening as needed by Hiring Manager
  • Prepare data for fortnightly and monthly recruitment reporting for the Executive Leadership Team
About You

We are looking for someone with strong administration and technical skills, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in agency or a junior internal talent role. You should have basic knowledge of internal recruitment and providing a great candidate experience, solid organisational and planning skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
