About The Role

In this pivotal position, the Talent Partner will lead local, national, and international talent acquisition efforts, closely collaborating with the Director of People and Operations. The primary responsibility will be to attract and onboard top talent, particularly for roles such as Early Childhood Teachers, Educators, and inclusion support specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes, from obtaining role approvals to coordinating interviews and ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with wider organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry networks, and professional associations.
About The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the education, retail, or not-for-profit sectors. A strong background in international recruitment is desirable, as is the ability to welcome and integrate new cultures into the wider organisation.
