About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our internal recruitment function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large portion of recruitment within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate high-volume recruitment drives
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of interviews for Hiring Managers
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity
  • Process police checks and psychometric testing for new starters
  • Prepare and issue employment documentation and variations as required
About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong administration and technical skills, as well as exceptional customer service skills. Experience in agency or a junior internal talent role is preferred but not essential. If you have a passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.
