About the Role

Think Talent is partnering with a leading national health service provider to find a talented individual to join their people and culture leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving best practice across strategic workforce planning and insights, workforce architecture, remuneration, talent frameworks and programs, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent engagement and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy that aligns with the organization's purpose and goals.
  • Design and implement workforce architecture and remuneration infrastructure to attract, engage, develop, and retain high-calibre talent.
  • Oversee and monitor the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and programs, and work with key stakeholders to ensure DEI priorities and objectives are met.
  • Lead and motivate a purpose-driven team to deliver holistic, integrated, and inclusive workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and use data and insights to innovate and deliver best-in-class results.

Requirements

  • Executive human resource management capability and experience engaging with and influencing executive teams, chief executives, and boards.
  • A track record of successfully designing, leading, and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies and large-scale culture change.
  • Strategy and framework development and delivery across workforce design, remuneration, talent management, talent acquisition, and DEI.
  • Exceptional leadership capability, including motivating teams through challenging and dynamic environments, while achieving strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including influencing and collaboration with key stakeholders.
