Agile Transformation Lead

This role requires an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive continuous improvement in the team's delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and leading Agile practices, with a strong focus on customer value and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide teams on Agile best practices and lead them to achieve quality delivery.
- Coach teams on agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
- Establish cadence and run efficient Scrum Ceremonies.
The successful candidate will be a certified Scrum Master with at least 5 years of experience in a scaled Agile environment. They must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence senior stakeholders.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working in a scaled Agile Environment.
- Scrum Master Certification.
