Agile Transformation Lead

This is a transformative opportunity for experienced Agile professionals to drive results in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will lead high-performing teams focused on service delivery excellence, working Monday to Friday as a daily rate contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies: sprints, retros, and stand-ups to foster team collaboration and enhance delivery momentum.
  • Guide teams across Agile and hybrid delivery methods to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and maintain delivery momentum through effective project tracking and reporting.
  • Coach teams to enhance Agile maturity and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead with expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence for efficient project management.
  • Confident project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
