Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to guide and support our engineering squads in delivering the new ShareDo platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will lead daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and reviews to ensure project momentum.
  • They will plan and manage releases, ensuring timely delivery of software features.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, project managers, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will be an organiser, communicator, and problem solver who can remove obstacles and keep work moving forward.
  • A good understanding of Agile practices, different delivery methods, and certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMP) is highly desirable.
About This Opportunity

This role involves collaborating with teams to develop the MatterSphere replacement project. The selected candidate will play a vital part in creating a collaborative environment where team members do their best work.

  • Requirements:
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile project delivery professional.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Prioritisation and time management under pressure.
  • Agile or project management certification.
