Role Summary

A key driver of business growth and revenue, digital marketing is a crucial aspect of any successful organization.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and focuses on generating qualified leads, optimising funnel performance, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes.

  • We are seeking a commercially minded digital marketer to lead the charge on growth, performance, and automation across all digital channels.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, automation, conversion optimisation, and analytics.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies, managing campaign strategy and execution across various platforms, and partnering closely with Sales to align on pipeline strategies and lead handover processes.

Analyse campaign and funnel performance using GA4, attribution models, and tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, and Looker Studio. Ensure seamless integration with CRM platforms for efficient data management.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in a B2B digital or growth marketing role, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns with strong commercial outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, including paid media, SEO, SEM, CRO, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot (or equivalent), Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
