Job Description:\

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our growth efforts as a Growth Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in driving revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for building a world-class growth and marketing function to support organizational growth objectives.\
  • They will set marketing strategy and goals, execute on marketing plans, and handle various tasks.\
  • This includes owning and developing growth and marketing strategy to accelerate company growth, managing digital agency and third-party contributor relationships, and owning paid and organic campaigns across multiple channels.\
  • The Growth Marketing Manager will also analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel, mobile and web traffics, paid campaigns, and Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximise these opportunities.\
  • Additionally, they will utilise data as an asset and ensure customer personas and behaviours are driving any change in strategy or approach.\
  • The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with other members of the business to influence product direction and execute growth strategies.\
  • They will maintain exceptional competitor knowledge and intelligence to foresee potential product enhancements that will support achieving market leading status.\
  • Other responsibilities include generating weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search KPIs.\
  • The Growth Marketing Manager will review existing marketing tools and implement new tools to enhance marketing and growth capabilities.\
  • Lastly, they will build and maintain effective and influential relationships with community leaders and known personalities within the community.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Solid experience in a growth and marketing role within a scale-up or high-performing business; FinTech background preferred but not essential.\
  • At least 3 years of experience in growth digital marketing roles.\
  • Solid experience in implementing and executing organic and paid campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter, and SEO).\
  • Sound understanding of key mobile app & web performance drivers across internal and external marketing channels to achieve awareness engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.\
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement & ability to liaise with external parties, community leaders, influencers in a respectful and diligent manner.\
  • Proven experience in building, leading, and executing successful growth strategies.\
  • A strong interest in marketing channels and growth marketing strategies.\
