Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management
    • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
    • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Logistics Project Management
    • Coordinate with regional system support team and spearhead regional projects from strategy, plan, and execution.
    • Identify opportunities for local process improvements and lead related implementation projects.
    • Support Operations Team during critical project phases to ensure seamless execution.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
    • Foster a highly effective, positive, and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
    • Provide direction and guidance to support teams through training and development, while offering constructive feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and setting clear objectives for team members.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training to minimize workplace accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
    • Stay up-to-date with work health and safety matters and provide relevant information and support to workers.
    Requirements
    • Qualification in supply chain management, logistics, computer science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, including experience leading continuous improvement projects and WMS development.
    • Experience as an analyst developing business system improvements.
    • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Strong collaborative skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
