Your Role

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at CEVA Logistics, you will lead a dedicated team of warehouse professionals responsible for the safe and efficient storage and handling of goods for our customers. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring seamless operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily volume of inbound and outbound orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety and security protocols.
  • Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the management of personnel, equipment, and resources.
  • Lead talent acquisition and development activities, including recruiting, performance management, coaching, and training.
  • Support the site in meeting or exceeding targets for safety, environment, warehouse KPIs, and related activities.
  • Develop and foster a culture of safety, operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in supervising or managing 3PL warehouse operations, preferably in an ambient and/or chilled FMC environment.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and engage an operational team.
  • Good written and verbal communication, customer service, and influencing skills.
  • Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving capability, commercial acumen, and numeracy skills.
  • Basic-intermediate experience in MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
