About the Role

As a key member of our warehouse team at CEVA Logistics, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day activities of a dedicated team of warehouse professionals. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse, meeting customer expectations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily volume of all inbound and outbound orders to ensure timely and secure delivery
  • Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations of the warehouse
  • Lead and/or contribute to talent acquisition and development activities, including recruiting, labour hire engagement, performance management, coaching, and training
  • Support the warehouse to meet or exceed targets for safety, environment, warehouse KPIs, and related activities, Kaizen, LEAN, service delivery, profit, and loss
  • Develop and foster a healthy culture around safety, operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in supervising or managing 3PL warehouse operations in any industry or a willingness to step up to this level
  • Ability to coach, develop, and engage an operational team
  • Good written and verbal communication, customer service, management, and influencing skills
  • Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving capability, commercial acumen, and numeracy skills
  • Basic-intermediate experience in MS Office applications and the ability to learn new systems, software, and technologies
  • Bonus: knowledge and/or applied understanding of enterprise agreements
