Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue growth by building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector.

This highly strategic role will champion integration solutions to enable digital transformation and innovation in government entities, addressing unique challenges such as regulatory requirements, procurement cycles, and stakeholder engagement.

Your Impact

This is not your typical software sales role. As a Digital Transformation Sales Specialist, you will have a direct influence on how government agencies achieve their goals.

You'll play a key role in advancing the digital capabilities of public sector organisations by developing and executing comprehensive territory and account plans, aligning solutions with government initiatives and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed account strategies for long-term success, coupled with the ability to achieve short-term wins.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closing, meeting and exceeding sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector, including executives, program managers, and technical leaders.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and solution delivery.
  • Identify and address critical challenges for public sector organisations, presenting innovative solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven sales success in enterprise software sales, ideally in public sector or regulated industries, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.
  • Government/public sector expertise, knowledge of government operations, policies, and procurement processes is highly desirable.
  • Consultative selling skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, articulate ROI and value propositions, and lead solution-based conversations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a growth mindset to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
