Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Specialist to lead and execute projects and conversion rate optimisation initiatives within our Digital Operations team.

  • Driving increase in conversion rate by optimising online sales channels, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Developing and executing an experimentation and optimisation roadmap within your team; including personalisation, A/B testing and behavioural economics.
  • Project managing the execution of digital projects from planning, briefing and design to deployment and analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management, with a proven track record of executing successful projects and campaigns.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing solutions and the technologies that underpin them.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, excellent problem solving abilities.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
