Job Title

As a Cloud Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and digital transformation for our most important customers.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience.

The role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive digital transformation. This includes identifying and aligning internal stakeholders, leveraging relationships with partners, and creating demand through industry use cases.

The Cloud Transformation Specialist will also be responsible for leading technical demonstrations of Azure solutions, collaborating with account teams and partners to track and expand new opportunities, and engaging with customers to introduce digital transformation opportunities across multiple solution areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and adoption of Microsoft Azure solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue high-potential customers and develop target lists of potential business
  • Leading technical discussions with customers to explain and prove the capabilities of Microsoft Azure relative to their business and technical objectives
  • Engaging in conversations with customers to introduce how other workloads could enable digital transformation areas aligned with their industry and turn opportunities into deals
Requirements
  • 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
