Job Overview
">This role leads the proposal management team in producing winning, professional and competitive proposals for high-visibility opportunities. It involves close collaboration with strategic pursuit leaders to understand client needs and requirements.
">Responsibilities:
">- Supervise proposal managers across all strategic pursuits including determining travel needs, coordinating and completing deliverables, and mentoring staff on improving proposal execution processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance proposal quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
- Maintain knowledge of A/E/C procurement practices and trends in sales and win strategies.
Key Skills:
">- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing and business development principles.
