Proposal Management Team Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the proposal management team. This individual will partner with Strategic Pursuit Leaders, report to the Team Lead, and potentially have direct reports.
The successful candidate will ensure the proposal team produces winning proposals for high-visibility opportunities by working closely with TBG Strategic Pursuit Leaders, supervising proposal managers, and understanding active pursuit and proposal schedules.
- Lead a self-directed team culture delivering high-quality materials.
- Owning all deliverables and a smooth process throughout the full proposal lifecycle.
- Develop and manage pursuit tools, capture meeting notes, and translate client priorities into a focused capture plan.
- Minimum 8 years relevant industry experience.
- Self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
- Experience in sales and developing win strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement of professional services.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
