About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales quotes and enter orders into our system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain contact with sales representatives and dealers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle sales calls from dealers and end-users with a calm and professional approach.
  • Assist customers with product orders, tracking, and locating product shipments.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of customer services.
