About the Role

The position of speech pathologist is available at East Grampians Health Service, a rural health provider in Victoria. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide intervention for individuals with communication disorders, including speech, language, and fluency issues, as well as dysphagia management strategies.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, and maternal child and health nurses to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification. You must also be eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
