**The Role**
Managing a reduced caseload, you will be responsible for delivering Speech Pathology services to our clients in the community whilst leading and supporting a team of Speech Pathologists across three states. You will support a culture of positive engagement, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within your team.

As a Team Leader you will provide leadership and direction for the delivery of Speech Pathology services within your team, including the management of staff, resources, and leave. You will monitor the health and wellbeing of team members and manage caseloads to ensure therapists achieve the appropriate balance to achieve productivity, quality, and role satisfaction.

You must also have:

- Relevant degree in Speech Pathology
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist in a community setting
- Registration with SPA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn to use new IT systems in line with the requirements of the role
