Leadership Opportunities in Early Childcare

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of dedicated childcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design: Develop engaging learning programs using knowledge of content, curriculum, children's needs, assessment, and reporting requirements.
  • Leadership: Lead and model pedagogical approaches to support children's learning and development outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Champion positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate, and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Inclusive Environments: Develop inclusive learning environments reflecting children's strengths, interests, and needs.

About You:

  • Qualifications: Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Certification: Valid Working with Children Check and Approved First Aid certificate.
  • Skills: Sound understanding of developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years, effective programming and customer service skills.
  • Clearance: Current National Police clearance certificate.

As part of your role, you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of young children and those who are vulnerable. Regular checks include Working with Children Check, Police Clearances, and Reference Checks.
