Lead Learning and Care Professional

This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in early learning and work closely with our Centre Director to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
  • Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, or similar.

You will also require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality early learning and care services.
