The role of Assistant Service Manager at our Yanchep facility is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a dedicated and passionate leader to support the day-to-day operations of the service.
This position involves working closely with the Service Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care, as well as managing daily operations, including staffing and parent communications.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
You will also need to have experience in a similar role within an early childhood setting, as well as proficiency in using relevant management software and tools for communication, documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service Manager in the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care
- Manage daily operations, including staffing and parent communications
- Lead a team of educators in the absence of the Service Manager
- Assist in ensuring quality practices and outcomes
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA
- A current and valid Blue card
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
