Job Description
  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of centre operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education from an approved ACECQA provider.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
