**Leadership Opportunity**: We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care service.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as an OSHC Service Leader/ Manager. As the key representative of our service, you will be responsible for setting the vision, leading the team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve excellence in childcare and education.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote quality and innovation in childcare.
- Build strong relationships with families, children, and educators to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.

 

Requirements:

- Certificate IV or Diploma of Children's Services qualification
- Strong understanding of Approved Frameworks (Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
