At Hilti (Aust) Pty Ltd, we're seeking a seasoned Strategic Financial Partner to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in financial analysis and planning.

As a Strategic Financial Partner, you'll play a critical role in driving business success. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the company's ambitious targets.

We estimate that the annual salary for this position will be around $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a financial or consultancy role within a multinational organization. You'll possess a high level of competence in Controlling, Reporting or Financial Advisory, as well as experience in financial planning and analysis & reporting software.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Developing and driving a wide range of financial analysis focused on business trends and evaluation of performance, projections, reports, and creating transparency in presentations for senior management.
  • SUPPORTING and facilitating strategic ambition target setting, and playing a critical role in the development of strategic initiatives and investment projects.
  • FACILITATING and leading the business planning process and driving the performance management cycle, including Rolling Forecast, Latest Estimate, target setting and restatement.
  • Preparing reports and submitting data about financial and business results on a monthly basis and providing consolidated results and management statements.
  • Leading the Controlling team by creating roadmaps, planning activities, setting objectives and creating an environment for continuous development. Providing coaching and working closely with your immediate team to review and improve finance processes, policies and procedures.
