Strategic Business Partner FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team as a business partner to our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to the business, with a focus on driving business growth, improving profitability, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Planning: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- FP&A Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of financial planners and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial analysis and planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree in Business Administration or related field desirable.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
