Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Specialist to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

About the Position:
  • Provide personalized support to clients in a group home setting, empowering them to live meaningful lives and make their own decisions.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients to engage with their community, build skills, and become more independent.
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress.
Key Qualifications:
  • Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week (20-25 hours).
  • Current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
  • Experience in a support worker role, such as disability, nursing, or aged care.
