Disability Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill this challenging role. As a key member of our care team, you will provide support and empowerment to individuals with disabilities.

The Role:

This is a permanent part-time vacancy in our Elanora Heights group home, working 20-25 hours per week.

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence
  • Advocating for the clients and their individual needs
  • Delivering personalized support, including assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and administering medication
  • Transporting clients using wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress
Roster:

This role involves a variety of shifts, including morning, day, and afternoon shifts, with no overnight shifts required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need an empathetic nature and the ability to help our clients. A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) is also required.
