Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology Clinic team as a Patient Care Navigator.

This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Educate patients and families about their care plan.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Act as a patient advocate, connecting them with available resources.

A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience is preferred. The successful candidate will hold a current unencumbered RN License.
