About us

The BHB is Australia's #1 boutique luxury wig and hairpiece store.

We LOVE what we do and we are now looking for our newest team member as passionate as us for our store in Neutral Bay in Sydney.

We are all about helping women and kids have access to the world's most beautiful hair. The majority of our clients have medical hair loss, so we need someone to join us who can be super patient and show great empathy to our gorgeous clients too

We work a lot on our in house "mannequin heads" and provide wig drop off services to clients. The role is a mix of face to face and wig work behind the scenes.

Part Time (2-4 days per week is ideal) with the option to go to FT if wanted in the future. Flexible working hours. School hours is ok too for the right candidate.

Qualifications & experience

  • Must have a minimum experience of 5+ years.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding Customer Service.
  • Awesome people skills and patience.
  • Fabulous eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be super proactive
  • Passion for creating beautiful wigs, hairpieces and making our clients feel amazing.
  • Fluent English.
