Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive service continuity and recovery plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical business processes
  • Maintain and improve the KBS list
  • Contribute to DRP testing and planning
  • Ensure effective governance of the ITSCM framework
  • Educate stakeholders on service resilience culture
Requirements
  • ITIL Certification
  • 5+ years' experience in service continuity and disaster recovery
  • Proven experience in service continuity and DR planning and testing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with industry toolsets and frameworks
  • Able to implement new procedures and processes
