IT Service Continuity Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Continuity Manager to lead our disaster recovery efforts and ensure business continuity for our clients.

  • This is a key role in ensuring that our clients' businesses can recover quickly from any disruption, whether it be due to technical issues or other factors.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing IT service continuity plans, leading teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for our clients
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead teams to assess and improve disaster recovery capabilities
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on the status of disaster recovery efforts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with a background in mainframe and client/server technologies
  • Expert knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking
  • Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
