Ensuring business continuity is a vital component of any organization's success. As an IT Service Continuity Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and resilience of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective service continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to customers.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify recovery requirements and develop strategies for maintaining high-quality services.
  • Leading teams in assessing and developing disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.
  • Managing implementation of recovery and availability techniques and technologies, and reviewing periodically for ongoing validity.

Requirements include experience in commercial IT, knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking, as well as excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
