**Training Facilitator Role Overview**
LDK is seeking a skilled Training Facilitator to develop and deliver high-quality training activities under the LDK Academy brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for key areas including Orientation and Induction, Learning Management System, Training Calendar & Roadmap execution, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with senior managers to design and implement orientation and induction pathways for new team members.
- Partner with stakeholders to create or update relevant modules on the Learning Management System.
- Work closely with senior management to finalise and execute the LDK Training Calendar.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning throughout the organisation.
**Requirements for Success:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training facilitation.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Learning Management, Instructional Design, or Education.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Strong consultative approach and ability to design engaging training materials.
- eLearning design experience and technical development skills.
