Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Continuity Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customers' continuity requirements and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Services.

You will ensure the delivery of value to our customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer delivery of ITSCM Services, with the goal of Disaster Recovery readiness aligned with the customers' Service Continuity Plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with a background in both mainframe and client/server technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases and networking.
  • Excellent customer relationship building and management skills with the ability to network and develop productive relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers.
