Role OverviewThe Clinical Manager role is focused on day-to-day excellence in quality care delivery, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.
Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination for people with complex needs.
- Manage clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development and monitoring, data capture and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, advocate on their behalf, and engage with stakeholders.
- Must have a mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, OR a Mental Health Social Worker, with eligibility for related registration.
- Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team.
- Knowledge & understanding of evidence-based interventions & clinical practice in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
