Senior Mental Health Clinical Leader

The role of Senior Mental Health Clinical Leader is a senior allied health position responsible for leading clinical services for young people with mental health concerns in the Northwest.
This involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide developmentally appropriate treatment and support families. The successful applicant will have experience in clinical leadership, complex case management, assessment, counselling and/or therapy.
Key responsibilities include providing high-level clinical leadership, developing and implementing treatment programs, and collaborating with other clinicians and stakeholders.
A key aspect of this role is the person-centred approach, trauma-informed care, and adherence to National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

To be successful, applicants will need to meet essential criteria, including registration with the relevant National Board or professional association, current Working with Children Registration, and satisfactory completion of an approved tertiary qualification.
